Basic information about the accommodation

The cottage after a complete reconstruction is located in the Slupečná village just above the Lipno lake, less than a 10 minute walk from Lipno Marina and Lipno Ski resort, and about 10 km from the town Frymburk.

Distances: supermarket - 800 m, Lipno lake - 1000 m, aquaworld - 1000 m, tennis & squash - 2000 m, bobsleigh track - 600 m

Price list

These prices are for a weekly stay from Saturday till Saturday. The price does not include the fee for electric energy (€0.20 per kWh), which is used mainly for heating, the local tax (€2 per person and day), the fee for bed linen (€4 per person per stay) and the fee for the final clean-up, if not done by the visitors (€40).

Lipno Ski resort

Lipno Ski resort is a modern ski resort aimed at families with children, beginners and ski school courses, offering the maximum comfort. A comfortable and quick transportation to the slopes in ensured by three 4-chair lifts and three mobile magic carpets in the children playground. Seven easy-slopes with an average length of 1 km and with an undemanding profile guarantee safe and fun ride on skis.

Hochficht Ski resort

Hochficht Ski resort lies in a lovely hilly landscape of the Bohemian Forest and offers many possibilities to all winter sports and all levels of performance. Everyone can choose - from relaxing family runs to FIS racing track, which took place at the European Cup. Hochficht offers attractive skiing comparable with some Alpine resorts without long travel and payment of the Austrian motorway tolls.

Ski running trails Lipno - Frymburk

The between the Lipno village and Frymburk is interwoven with almost 46 km of ski running trails forming several lines with varying lengths and intensities that will satisfy literally every customer to stay active in the winter nature. Routes are adjusted both for classic style and for skating.

Active Park Lipno

Come and enjoy your summer holiday in Lipno. From July 1st onwards all activities of the Active Park Lipno are in operation every day. So you can experience a little Bikepark adrenaline, enjoy an adventure in the rope park or get to the top of the Kramolin hill by a cable car. You can rent a bike or inline skates in the Intersport Rent and go around the lake on a cycling / inline path. A plesant summer weather is perfect to drive around the lake Lipno in an electric boat. For active visitors there are pedal boats and rowboats, which can be borrowed in the summer rental on the beach.

Lipno Treetop Walkway

This summer Lipno will offer you a unique attraction which cannot be found anywhere else in the Czech Republic – Treetop walkway! Lipno treetop walkway provides a large number of unforgettable experiences, starting with a walk through the treetops offering a magnificent view of the Šumava nature, a unique view of the Lipno Lake and the Novohradské Mountains. One part of the walkway also consists of educational path enriching your knowledge of nature, its protection and the life of the forest. The central point of the tower offers a great attraction such as the longest toboggan in the Czech Republic with a total length of 52 metres.

Electric Boats and Sailboats

Try to navigate an electric boat with easy controls on the Lipno Lake! The Lipno Lake provides perfect conditions for yachting and other water sport activities. A large water surface with a length of 45 km offers plenty of interesting places and spots which can be reached only by water.

New in-line track at Lipno

A new cycling / inline track with a perfect surface is ideal for cycling and inline skating. It leads from the village Lipno to the town Frymburk. Route length is about 11.5 km, it follows the left bank of Lipno lake and offers beautiful views of the lake, most colorful swings, turns, climbs and short and safe descents. Moreover, a brand new track on the right bank of Lipno has just been opened for public.

Wide network of marked cycle routes makes the beautiful Bohemian Forest Lipno a paradise for cyclists. Cycling around the Lipno lake is suitable both for professional cyclists and the cycling purely for tourism and for families with children.

Aquaworld Lipno

Aquaworld Lipno is an indoor water park opened all the year round. Lipno water park is an ideal place for all that are tired of the vast surface of water reservoir Lipno or just reached the site in days not quite ideal for swimming outside. The Lipno water world offers numerous water attractions, saunas and professional massages. The visitors can also have a meal in the restaurant.

Aquapark - Wellness Hotel Frymburk

Hotel waterpark has a fifty meters long water slide, twenty-five meters long swimming lanes, a separate whirlpool and thermal water spring. You can chase a wild river, relax on the pearl beds or water spouts. For children there is of course a children's pool. Waterpark is open for guests throughout the whole day.

The Devil's Wall

The Devil's Wall is one of the most popular rock sites in the southern Bohemia. On an area of approximately 10 hectars, above the deep valley of the Vltava River, spans the wild rock face dotted with granite boulders piled chaotically. It is a rare landscape formed due to frost weathering of a granite massive. The Devil's Wall is surrounded with an extensive stone sea, made of a large number of granite boulders.

Boubin Virgin Forest

The Sumava is a heavily wooded mountain region stretching for about 125 km along the border with Austria and Germany. Its importance lies in its large tranquil, thinly populated forests, which are relatively unpolluted and undamaged by acid rain. Although only one small patch, the Boubin Virgin Forest (Boubinsky prales), is regarded as completely untouched, the Sumava's pristine state still makes it a unique asset. Primeval forest reserve is unique in the heart of the Bohemian Forest. Some trees that are up to 400 years, but the forest itself is older than the human race.

Vyšší Brod

Vyšší Brod is the southernmost city in the Czech Republic, located approximately 4 km from the border with Austria, in the center the natural park Vyšebrodsko, a large area located between the right bank of the Vltava River and the state border from Horní Dvořiště to Přední Výtoň. The city's history dates back to the early 13th century, when it began as a marketplace on one of the oldest business trails, that led through Vyšší Brod pass from the Danube River to Bohemia alredy in the times of the Romans.
